The Role We’re seeking a highly technical Project Manager who can operate as the bridge between Operations and Engineering. This isn’t a box-ticking PMO role – you’ll be driving clarity, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment. If you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – from roadmap planning to light QA – and thrive in high-impact, fast-paced settings, you’ll fit right in. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project timelines, dependencies, and coordination across teamsMaintain a clear, achievable roadmap and keep momentum on prioritiesTranslate strategic goals into actionable tasks for engineering teamsFacilitate sprints, standups, and delivery cyclesPerform light QA testing and ensure product quality isn’t compromisedSpot blockers early, problem-solve, and communicate solutionsProvide clear updates on progress, risks, and needs to stakeholdersSupport ad hoc project or operational initiatives where needed What We’re Looking For4+ years of project management experience in startup or agile tech environmentsStrong understanding of Web3 concepts (blockchain, tokens, DAOs, decentralized infrastructure)A technical mindset with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and developer workflowsExperience partnering closely with engineering teams (ideally protocol or product)Excellent communicator who can flex between detail and big-pictureComfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, SlackHands-on approach to QA testing and product qualityBased in, or able to work across, Europe/Asia time zones Why Join?
