We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead complex product development projects within our Aerial Work Platforms product line. This role requires strong communication, structured execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery within defined time, cost, and quality parameters. The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Cross‑Functional Teams: Drive project success by leading cross‑functional core teams from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Plan & Execute Projects: Develop and implement structured project plans in line with PDP/CPP frameworks, focusing on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standard.
• Monitor & Control Progress: Track project performance using standardized KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and manage project data to support informed decision‑making.
• Manage Risks & Stakeholders: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision‑making.
• Ensure Governance & Communication: Prepare and present project updates to leadership, facilitate gate reviews, and ensure compliance with governance processes and toolchains.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with full responsibility for complex projects.
• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
• Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by project phases.
• Organized and results‑driven, with strong communication skills and a global, collaborative mindset.
