Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring customer and internal technology projects for condition monitoring solutions for mechanical seals. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise in mechanical seals and their applications, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to completion
• Create and maintain project plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with project goals, requirements, and milestones
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and meet requirements
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Lead and motivate project teams
• Conduct project meetings and presentations
• Ensure quality and adherence to standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or several years of experience in managing technology projects
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project)
• Solid technical knowledge in measurement technology, data analysis, and condition monitoring of machine elements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and decision‑making skills
• Team‑oriented work style and leadership qualities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
