You’ll make an impact

• You work closely with senior management to identify and drive the projects that matter most for our growth.
• You lead global programs and take full ownership of high‑impact projects from start to finish, delivering on scope, timelines, and budgets.

• You align diverse, intercultural teams and external partners to achieve seamless execution.
• You deliver one strategic project after another, building expertise and influence across the organization.

Your defining qualities

• You have several years of experience leading large‑scale factory‑related projects, including factory digitalisation, logistics, and automation.
• You have many years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment, and a master’s degree.
• You have validated international and intercultural project experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe.
• You have strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills and an entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation.
• Experience building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI‑driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to our global factory sites completes your profile.
