Your Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of automation projects from planning through final implementation. Your key responsibilities include:

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Organize and maintain detailed meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Manage contractual obligations and ensure alignment with project scope
  • Create and maintain technical and illustrative project documentation
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project progress reports

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Execute project development and implementation protocols
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (remote and onsite)
  • Review and coordinate project schedules with team members and clients
  • Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and scope

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

  • Lead negotiations with local contractors (RFQs and RFPs)
  • Oversee contractors to ensure fulfillment of contractual tasks and obligations
  • Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Technical & Operational Support

  • Support onsite equipment commissioning, testing, and full implementation
  • Lead onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting
  • Provide operational and technical training to clients

Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on project scope and complexity.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AGV industry or automated logistics system integration projects
  • Proven experience in project implementation and delivery management
  • Strong understanding of industry systems and automation products
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Business negotiation experience
  • Ability to oversee and control complete project lifecycles
  • Experience leading teams with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive mindset
  • High resilience under pressure and willingness to travel on short notice
