Project Manager - Germany

Your mission

Hello and welcome to your new role as our Project Manager.

This role can be based in Munich or alternatively remote (home-office).

• Manage the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract, ensuring compliance with scope of works, delivery dates, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project, from purchase order to successful commissioning.
• Coordinate internally with subcontracted companies, product management, sales, and service teams.
• Manage project technical documentation.
• Assist the customer during FAT or SAT when required.

Your profile

If this sounds exciting, your background should include:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management within the solar PV or battery storage industry (experience in EPC companies is desirable).
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 level), other languages are a plus.
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working in multitask and multi-project environments.
• Knowledge of battery storage is a plus.
