Where you can make an impact:

Project Planning and Project Management for complete project lifecycle.
Update project information in dedicated project management tools
Observe project progress, identify potential risks and derive mitigation strategies
Ensure transparency and communication within the company and towards our customer
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members are engaged and working effectively towards project goals.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Hands‑on support of projects onsite, e.g. by executing assembly trainings or random assembly checks
Manage and control all project change orders.
Ensure continuous company learning by applying Lessons Learned or Retrospectives.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or comparable education.
Technical knowledge of a tracker system or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required by project needs, mainly within Germany and Austria
Proficiency in project management software preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
English and German are a must
