As an ECON Project Manager, you will take on responsibility for important Group projects and an international team – making a lasting contribution to the success of our company.
Your profile:
Flexibility: A hybrid work model, flexible working hours, 30 days of paid vacation per year plus Christmas and New Year's Eve off or sabbatical to ensure a good work-life balancee

At ECON, we are continuously seeking new talent who are eager to advance their careers and make a real impact with us. Our Recruiting Day, which includes 2-3 case study interviews, offers an excellent opportunity to explore our job vacancies and career opportunities. These interviews can be held on-site or virtually, depending on your availability and preference.
An ECON Recruiting Day offers an in-depth look into your future career with us. The day consists of 2 to 3 interview rounds. We begin with a company presentation, followed by two case-based interviews with our senior management team. The day offers you the chance to get to know our team and find out more about your individual career opportunities. After the interviews, we are pleased to invite you to an informal lunch with our consultants who are not involved in the recruiting process. In the meantime, our interviewers will compile the results from the first round. If the morning was a success, we will invite you to a final interview. In this interview, two additional interviewers will take the time to reaffirm the positive impression from the first round and address any concerns, paving the way for the final decision. By the end of the day, we provide personal feedback, and successful candidates will receive a contract offer to join our team and start their career at ECON.
