Your mission

• You are responsible for the management and control of complex, cross-divisional projects in the Operations environment along the entire value chain
• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of project management in the area of operations (multi-project management, milestone planning, central task management, tracking & tracing) in a direct reporting line to the Head of Project Management
• You work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. production, logistics, purchasing, quality management) and are responsible for initiating and supporting regular meetings and cross-functional interaction platforms
• You are responsible for identifying optimization potentials in processes, structures and systems and implementing them
• You are responsible for reporting to management and ensuring target achievement (costs, time, quality)
• You identify, evaluate and manage risks within a project
• You are responsible for resource and capacity management
• You take on the technical leadership of project teams

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, preferably with a focus on supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an operations, production or strategy environment
• You have sound knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
• You are proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems, ideally SAP
• You are characterized by an independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
• You have strong communication skills, assertiveness, leadership qualities and analytical skills
• You have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
