Project Manager (m/f/d) PMO

Stellenbeschreibung:

You will manage national and international customer and development projects across departments along the entire value chain (end-to-end) while adhering to deadlines, quality standards, and costs.
You will be responsible for implementing and further developing project management within the group of companies (multi-project management, milestone planning, central task management, tracking & tracing) in direct reporting line to the head of project management.
You will take on the technical leadership of project teams.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, production, logistics, purchasing, and quality management, and ensure the initiation and support of regular meetings and cross-functional interaction platforms.
You will be responsible for identifying potential for optimization in processes, structures, and systems and implementing these improvements
You will identify, evaluate, and manage risks within a project
You will be responsible for reporting to management and ensuring that targets are met in terms of costs, time, and quality

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, or engineering—preferably with a focus on project management—or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in project management and have in-depth knowledge of project management methods such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile. Project management certification is desirable.
A proactive and reliable approach to work with strong assertiveness and communication skills, organizational talent, teamwork skills, and social competence round out your profile
You are confident in using MS Office applications and ERP systems, ideally SAP
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
