Project Manager (m/f/d) Quality Development - limited for 24 months

Overview

The Project Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for delivering and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, from concept development through execution and benefits realization. The role requires structured project ownership within a defined scope, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, high-quality project delivery. The incumbent will work closely with Head Office teams, regional stakeholders, IT, QSC, and GCC, supporting alignment, transparency, and measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution and clear, structured communication. The role contributes to the delivery of the "Undisputed No. 1 for Quality" strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Concept Development & Project Planning

   • Translate HL 2030 strategic objectives into clear project concepts, frameworks, and execution plans
   • Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, governance structures, and dependencies
   • Analyze voice of customer insights, market trends, and competitive information to support project and strategy objectives

2. Project Execution, Rollout & Delivery

   • Lead/support end-to-end project delivery within assigned scope, from planning and implementation through rollout and post-launch support
   • Drive execution across Head Office, Regions, QSC, and GCC, ensuring timely, high-quality, and consistent delivery
   • Collaborate with IT, Digital, GQ PEX, and other functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions

3. Stakeholder Management & Governance

   • Support effective collaboration with stakeholders across GCD, DIA, IT, Regions, QSC, and GCC
   • Contribute to structured governance forums, status meetings, and decision-preparation processes
   • Manage day-to-day stakeholder communication, addressing issues and supporting alignment

4. Communication & Reporting

   • Prepare and support C-level-ready updates and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics, Qlik Sense, and other reporting tools
   • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes through clear, structured, and audience-appropriate messaging

5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

   • Track KPIs, milestones, and benefits realization to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
   • Support performance management activities linked to the HL 2030 strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within complex, matrix organizations
• Experience delivering projects or workstreams within larger transformation initiatives
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or global service environments is an advantage
