About the Role

As Project Manager Operations Compliance, you will plan and implement projects that ensure regulatory and technical standards are met. Your goal is to maintain stable and efficient operations within our data centre environment. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and drive improvements in processes and compliance performance.

This role is about leading compliance-focused projects inside a data centre operations environment. You make sure the site meets regulatory, safety, and technical standards, and that compliance gaps are closed through structured improvement projects.

You also serve as the main contact for regulators/authorities, handle escalations, and work with technical teams to keep operations stable, efficient, and audit ready. A big part of the job is investigating incidents, running root-cause analysis, and driving corrective/preventive actions across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate compliance-related projects in a technical operations setting.
• Act as point of contact for authorities and handle escalations on compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
• Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support technical teams in meeting compliance requirements.

Your Profile

• Experience in project management and compliance topics.
• Solid technical understanding, ideally in data centre operations.
• Strong analytical and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Proactive mindset, resilience, and strong ownership.
• Very good written and verbal skills in English and German.
