Project Manager - Operations (f/m/x)

Business Development & Strategic Roles • Germany, Berlin

Lead international projects, optimizing business processes and identify growth opportunities across diverse markets.

Define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for both immediate and strategic solutions.

Coordinate with EU-wide Operations teams, supporting collaboration and alignment on targets and best practices.

Design and execute high-impact business initiatives, taking ownership from conception through implementation.

Participate in multi-departmental and international strategy meetings to assess results and set future goals.

Create and analyze reports to track Operations KPIs, delivering actionable insights for performance optimization.

2–4 years experience in project management or management consulting, preferably in dynamic or international environments.

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

A few days a month you'll meet us at the central office; otherwise, you can work comfortably from home.
