Project manager OSPO (f/m/d)

For an international customer we are looking for a part-time project manager OSPO (f/m/d)

Your tasks will be:

• Provide independent support to the OSPO on all matters related to Open Source, including the implementation and introduction of new tools
• Offer expert advice to the OSPO in refining and executing the company’s open source strategy
• Deliver management-level guidance that helps stakeholders understand and transition to open source methodologies
• Deliver coaching and training sessions for project teams on open source best practices
• Guide project teams as an external expert in using, contributing to, and implementing open source solutions efficiently
• Facilitate the business units in defining open source ambitions and support transparent documentation of strategic decisions
• Review project documentation and public-facing communication materials to ensure consistency and alignment with open source standards
• Advise project teams with building and sustaining open source communities, including moderating interactions as required
• Promote alignment among business units and encourage a thriving open source culture
• Advise on budgeting and resource allocation for open source projects, and provide recommendations for optimizations

Following know-how is required:

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Open Source license compliance
• Fluency in working with OSS license compliance tools like FOSSA, Blackduck or Sonar
• Knowledge and experience in requirements and stakeholder management
• Energy sector knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English (min. C1 or comparable)/ French, Dutch and/or German are a plus
