Position: Project Manager PD IT & Architecture. Location: Bonn, Germany. The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. At the end of the initial two‑year period, there is the possibility of converting the contract from a fixed‑term to an open‑ended employment contract. Employees who demonstrate an appropriate level of performance may also be offered an unlimited contract.

Your Responsibilities

Lead all infrastructure‑related workstreams (system setup, integrations, access control, deployment pipelines).
Serve as the technical counterpart to the marketing project lead, ensuring feasibility and IT compliance.
Ensure adherence to data protection and information security guidelines.
Define and document a scalable target architecture integrating Salesforce, MuleSoft, DataHub and connected third‑party systems.
Establish and maintain core architectural principles (API‑first, event‑driven, composable).
Ensure architectural designs meet enterprise quality standards (security, reliability, scalability, usability, maintainability).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and long‑term sustainability.
Design, validate, and approve target architectures for new releases and migration projects.
Manage technical cutovers and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Your Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
At least 6+ years of professional experience in IT project management, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles within digitalisation or CRM projects.
Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑system integration projects (CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms preferred).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and modern integration paradigms (API‑first, event‑driven, cloud‑native).
Solid knowledge of data modelling, system interfaces, and middleware solutions (MuleSoft or equivalent).
Strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels.
Fluent in German and English.
