• Du begleitest den Produktentwicklungsprozess aus Produktsicherheits-Sicht und stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen bis zur Markteinführung eingehalten werden
• Du agierst als Business Partner für unsere Produktkategorien und weitere Stakeholder und übersetzt gesetzliche Anforderungen zur Produktsicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit in praktikable, risikobasierte Lösungen
• Die Koordination von Produktsicherheitsthemen im globalen Umfeld gehört zu deinen Aufgaben. Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Compliance-Teams, Prüflaboren und internen Fachbereichen zusammen
• Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Product-Compliance unterstützt du die Produktbereiche lösungsorientiert bis zur Markteinführung
• Du gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und trägst dazu bei, Zusammenarbeit, Entscheidungsfindung und Effizienz im Bereich Product Compliance kontinuierlich zu verbessern

• Du verfügst über entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Compliance / Projektmanagement oder besitzt ein naturwissenschaftliches, technisches oder vergleichbares Studium
• Du denkst risikobasiert, kannst regulatorische Anforderungen sicher einordnen und bist in der Lage, auch in Graubereichen fundierte Entscheidungen vorzubereiten oder zu treffen
• Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen dir eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern - auch im internationalen Kontext und auf Englisch
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen und verstehst dich als Unterstützer*in und Lösungsfinder*in
• Internationale Schnittstellen bereiten dir Freude und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung in globalen Themen. Auch in komplexen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und das gemeinsame Ziel stets im Fokus
