Project Manager – Quality Integration Projects

Join Bavarian Nordic to lead quality integration projects within our Global Quality organization. This newly established role reports to the Head of Quality Integration and is based in Germany – Martinsried or Denmark – Kvistgaard. The position requires frequent travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete LIMS harmonization and implementation project, ensuring all phases are meticulously planned and executed.
• Manage change, communication, and stakeholder relationships, maintaining clear and consistent engagement throughout the project.
• Report project progress, risks, and challenges, regularly updating leadership and stakeholders.
• Organize digital working environments (e.g., TEAMS, Planner, OneNote, Smartsheet) and establish a reporting structure to facilitate communication and data sharing.
• Plan and conduct workshops to align the global team and support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in quality integration, LIMS implementation, or pharmaceutical R&D.
• Strong process harmonization and agile project setup skills.
• Clear communication skills and a structured planning approach.
• Flexibility and solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Academic degree in Natural Sciences combined with a background in Pharma or Biotech.
