Vivira Health Lab is a digital health company that develops simple and effective digital solutions for musculoskeletal disorders. We aim to improve the lives of patients by providing tools for independent pain management. Our therapy app is registered in the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and can be prescribed by all doctors in Germany with full reimbursement.

About the role

The Revenue Projects Generalist works within a small Project Management Office (PMO) reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Your focus is on improving how doctors discover, adopt, and prescribe our therapy app. You will own projects that influence doctor discovery, adoption, and prescribing, and you will work across Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams without owning the CRM itself.

Responsibilities

Run and coordinate revenue projects:
- Own the project board, timelines, and cross‑functional follow‑ups with sales, marketing, and CRM.
- Track progress across workstreams, flag blockers early, and align teams on next steps.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and support quarterly planning and OKR follow‑ups.
Improve processes and build automations:
- Enhance internal workflows across the doctor journey in collaboration with sales, customer support, marketing, and CRM.
- Maintain and improve existing automations in Make and n8n, and build new ones with the PMO Lead.
- Document processes and automations so other teams can operate and maintain them independently.
Support and test growth initiatives:
- Coordinate execution of growth initiatives across teams.
- Conduct structured research on growth opportunities (new acquisition channels, partnerships, funnel improvements) and summarize findings.
- Track outcomes and translate learnings into clear next steps or business decisions.
What this role is not:
- Ownership of the CRM system or building HubSpot workflows yourself.
- Direct responsibility for sales quotas or account management.

Qualifications

2–3 years in a startup or scale‑up environment, working in operations, project management, growth, or similar hands‑on roles.
Comfort with coordinating work across teams and seniorities, keeping things organized, and following through on closed topics.
Experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Clay, or similar.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for quick data analysis.
Ability to structure messy problems and produce clear summaries or recommendations.
Strong written communication skills in English; German (B2/C1) preferred but not required.
Proactive, ownership mindset, and able to start without perfect instructions.
Nice to have: AI‑enabled workflows, knowledge of HubSpot, digital health, or B2B funnels.
