Job Description

Main Task

1. Work as interface for customers.
2. Make Project planning.
3. Adopt proper methods for project management.
4. Responsible for Project controlling.
5. Prepare for meetings, reviews and project milestones.
6. Perform Risk management.
7. Project coordination.
8. Achieve the agreed project objectives.
9. Takeup responsibility for international projects and/or highly complex projects that require many years of experiences and successfully closed projects.
10. Have International experience with other cultures is crucial to success.
11. Select and identifythe product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which including product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirement etc.
12. Establish the product quality objectives based on customer requirement, including ppm, process capability etc.
13. Ensure the availability of qualified human resource, and related training plan.
14. Handlethe customer complaints timely, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrences.
15. Ensure the product and process design meet customer requirements

Qualifications

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of working experiences within project management.
3. Project management and product development procedure.
