Project Manager & Site Engineers

There is a lot to do at SPITZKE during 30,000 road closures per year. Our construction and project managers are responsible on site for the optimal execution of construction work and bring our construction projects to a perfect conclusion on time, economically and qualitatively.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility: You will manage challenging construction projects in our areas of expertise of track, equipment/electrical engineering and civil engineering from a technical and safety-related perspective. Your way of working is characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility, quick decisions and courageous intervention.
• Progress: You have your eye on the goal and control the construction work while adhering to quality, specifications, deadlines and costs. Customer-orientated thinking and action are a matter of course for you.
• Team spirit: You are in constant dialogue with all project participants and work together to achieve the optimum. You lead your team with knowledge of human nature, passion and empathy.
• Variety: No two projects are the same, but you maintain an overview. A wide range of tasks and challenges await you every day – on the construction projects or at your desk.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed your engineering studies or can look back on many years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of infrastructure projects.
• You impress us with your high level of technical understanding, organisational talent and commitment.
• Creating something lasting makes you proud. You love variety and are results-orientated.
• You are flexible and have a car driving licence.
