Project Manager Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the CEO and the management team. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute comprehensive strategic and transformation plans that maximize the long-term value of the firm. This position offers a unique blend of strategic and hands‑on responsibilities, allowing you to lead and contribute to a range of captivating projects from inception to successful implementation.

Tasks in Detail

• Work closely with the CEO and his leadership team to define the company's strategy, goals, and required initiatives to achieve those
• Act as a hands on and intellectual sparring partner for the CEO
• Manage strategic projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate activities and project execution and resolve roadblocks
• Track key decisions and action items from executive meetings and ensure follow‑up across departments
• Assist with agenda setting and preparation for board meetings, leadership offsites and strategic reviews

Qualifications required

• Degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in either consulting and/or industry
• Expertise in corporate strategy and operations, with a proven track record in leading teams, projects, and stakeholder management
• Strong business understanding and financial acumenAnalytical thinking, a results‑oriented personality, a well‑developed sense of responsibility, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor, able to manage pressure and solutions‑oriented working style
• Adaptable to fast‑changing environments
• Able to manage up and anticipate executive needs
• Flexible and willing to travel globally
