Your Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end management and execution of technical projects

• Ensuring project activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, timelines, and quality standards

• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate project records

• Monitoring and coordinating project resources to ensure availability and efficiency

• Preparing schedules, timelines, and status reports

• Collaborating closely with internal departments, specialists, and external stakeholders

• Ensuring smooth communication channels and efficient project processes

• Conducting quality control and risk assessments for technical deliverables

• Acting as a central point of contact for all project-related questions and escalations

Your Profile

• Fluent German language skills (required)

• Experience working with project teams, with strong teamwork and leadership abilities

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Solid understanding of IT networks and experience with hardware structures

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Interest in project lifecycle methodologies and structured project delivery

• Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar project management tools

• High quality standards, structured and efficient working style

• Experience in escalation management is a strong advantage
