Project Manager - VIE Düsseldorf F/H

We are looking for amotivated and structured V.I.E Project Manager / Operations Analyst to support our international project activities between France and Germany.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, directly contributing to operational efficiency, data analysis, and process improvement across different teams.

You will act as a bridge between the French and German organizations, supporting the International Project Manager in coordinating daily operations, implementing internal control processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist the International Project Manager in daily activities, coordination, and reporting.
• Internal Control Implementation: Support the setup and follow-up of internal control processes and compliance actions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, structure, and analyze operational and business data to support decision-making.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as an interface between French and German teams, as well as with international stakeholders and clients.
• Organizational Support: Contribute to defining internal policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
