We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Project Manager, with primary responsibility for leading and delivering infrastructure-focused projects.
You will contribute extensive project management expertise, including the planning, allocation, and execution of assigned funds, as well as in-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning, programming, and implementation. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the operational infrastructure requirements of the NAEW&C Force are continuously met to support mission success. Your duties have a direct impact on both ground and flight safety. Your duties will be performed at the Main Operating Base as well as at the Forward Operating Bases and other deployed locations, as required.
The position involves regular and intensive coordination with external stakeholders, including Host Nation authorities, infrastructure agencies, and Ministries of Defence. Therefore, you are required to possess a strong command of the German language and be able to work professionally in German, as needed.
Your performance will directly influence the ability of all NAEW&C Force elements to accomplish their mission by ensuring the provision and maintenance of suitable operational and functional facilities in compliance with NATO and Host Nation infrastructure standards.

The E-3A Component is a high-readiness force led by the E-3A Component Commander under the direction of the Force Commander. The E‑3A Component Commander is responsible for all aspects of the operations, logistics, training, readiness, responsiveness, and safety of its personnel and the NE-3A fleet. The Base Support Wing (SW) is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of all MOB support functions including the supervision of those functions covered in HN Support Agreements. The Infrastructure Branch initiates and monitors/controls construction measures, both O&S Budget and NATO funded, at the MOB and the FOBs/FOL.
