Project Manager/Planner for Event Technology

Your Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and technically plan event technology, focusing on trade fair lighting and rigging.
2. Develop innovative solutions in the field of special construction.
3. Estimate costs and prepare offers.
4. Determine node loads.
5. Manage projects comprehensively, including leading during production.
6. Consult and support customers throughout all project phases.
7. Coordinate closely with internal departments and external service providers.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Your Profile

1. Completed technical education or degree in event technology or an equivalent qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in a similar role within trade fair construction or event technology.
3. Solid knowledge of lighting, rigging, and/or media technology.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard planning tools and software, such as AutoCAD and structural calculation tools.
5. Strong customer service orientation and entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
7. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Projects & Clients

• Our projects range from small to large, each unique and tailored.
• We work with exhibition stand builders needing rigging constructions, exhibitors (such as Caravan Salon), festival organizers (like Jeck im Sunneshing in Cologne and Bonn, Kunstrasen in Bonn, Seaside Beach in Essen, Gamescom), and occasionally for government bodies and event agencies.
