Project Planner

Quanta is supporting a major capital investment project in Germany.

This global biologics client is currently building their capital projects team and requires a Project Planner with previous Greenfield or Brownfield facility build experience to support their new venture.

We are interested in speaking with senior consultants seeking a long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
2. Supporting project planning (scheduling) for the project team.
3. Managing project schedules according to the work breakdown structure and developing project plans.
4. Ensuring project plans are regularly updated for effective monitoring, forecasting, and control.
5. Ensuring schedules conform to the Change Control Process, including liaison, communication, and calculation of change notes and orders.
6. Embedding standard project planning requirements from contractors and subcontractors into the project systems.
7. Producing planning reports for monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in planning large CAPEX projects in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors within multidisciplinary teams.
• Responsibility for planning throughout the project lifecycle, from detailed design and construction to handover.
• Proficiency in P6 and MS Project software tools.
• Experience supporting capital projects in pharma or biopharma industries.
