Project Portfolio Management Officer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As a member of the portfolio management team, you will contribute to the development of an attractive project portfolio with a focus on education, employment and income worldwide
• Youwill be responsible for the administrative and technical support of the project cycle with project partners and actively drive the sustainable further development of the projects
• You will bring in new ideas and drive them forward independently, for example in the areas of impact investing and social innovation, in order to establish innovative financing models and sustainable approaches in the portfolio
• You will work closely with Corporate Volunteering, Fundraising and Communications and advise internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed studies in social sciences or economics, development cooperation or similar
• Relevant professional experience or training in project management
• Experience at the intersection of business and social impact with the ability to recognize and leverage synergies between business strategies and NGO goals
• Experience in the non-profit sector, especially in development cooperation
• High level of intercultural competence
• Enjoy teamwork and a wide range of topics outside of core tasks
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Fluency in German and English; French as an advantage
