Project / Process Engineer (Verfahrenstechnik) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project / Chemical Process Engineer (m/w/d) with mechanical knowledge to join our engineering team.

Your tasks:

1. Responsible for implementation of process and machine solutions.
2. Project definition, project management, and project execution either as team leader or team member.
3. Lead problem-solving teams to address complex issues using industry best practices and cost-effective solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with guidelines for mechanical devices.
5. Supervise and manage outside contractors as necessary.
6. Implement small to medium-sized projects involving equipment and process modifications to support new and existing products.
7. Complete action items from safety audits, observations, or other sources.

Qualifikation

Your qualifications:

1. Completed studies in engineering (Chemical Process engineer or similar) or relevant training with professional experience and further specialization.
2. Relevant professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of project completion.
3. Strong chemical process knowledge combined with expertise in mechanical equipment operation, design, and optimization (e.g., pumps, vacuum systems, mixing equipment).
4. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
5. Enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills.
6. Business fluent in German and fluent in English (written and spoken).
