**The Impact You'll Make**
As our **Project Procurement Intern (m/f/d)** , youu2019ll play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement processes and timely supply for ongoing projects.
Your impact? Accurate data management, streamlined workflows, and timely project handovers will enable successful project execution. Internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality, as well as external suppliers, will benefit from efficient processes and clear communication.
Youu2019ll collaborate with project buyers, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers and take ownership of SAP data maintenance, documentation, and supplier communication, helping us move toward a more efficient and structured project procurement process.
This position is limited to a fixed term of 6 months.
**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
Support the daily operational purchasing process for project procurement to ensure timely material availability
Maintain and manage data in SAP ERP, including article creation and updates, to enable accurate project tracking
Prepare and document project information for smooth handover to series production
Assist in invoice verification, supplier communication, and quotation requests to support decision-making
Collaborate with project buyers and cross-functional teams to update schedules, structure documentation, and prepare presentations
**What We're Looking For**
Ongoing studies in business, engineering, or a related field and a strong interest in procurement processes
Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner while collaborating effectively with teams
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
A mindset of continuous improvement and team-oriented collaboration
