Due to the continued growth of our activity in Germany, we are looking to recruit a Project Sales Developer for the Berlin region to join our team and contribute to the development of projects and long-term commercial relationships in the area.

Overview

Your Role

Develop and manage projects in collaboration with architects, designers, developers and professional clients.
Drive commercial activity within the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities.
Manage the full project cycle: specification, follow-up, negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local partners.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Represent the PORCELANOSA brand, its values and its commitment to quality and excellence.

Qualifications

Residence in the Berlin region.
High level of English or Spanish.
Previous experience in project management and sales, preferably within architecture, interior design, construction or premium materials sectors.
Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
Proactive, results-driven profile with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
