Project Sales Developer

With more than 50 years of experience and a presence in over 140 countries, we work closely with architects, designers, developers and professional clients on high-level projects worldwide. Due to the continued growth of our activity in Germany, we are looking to recruit a Project Sales Developer for the Munich region to join our team and contribute to the development of projects and long-term commercial relationships in the area.

Your Role

• Develop and manage projects in collaboration with architects, designers, developers and professional clients.
• Drive commercial activity within the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage the full project cycle: specification, follow-up, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local partners.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Represent the PORCELANOSA brand, its values and its commitment to quality and excellence.

Your Profile

• Residence in the Munich region.
• High level of English or Spanish.
• Previous experience in project management and sales, preferably within architecture, interior design, construction or premium materials sectors.
• Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven profile with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
