Your role at a glance

As a Project Site Supervisor (m/f/d), you will undertake a critical role in supporting the Operations Division by overseeing client fit‑out project activities across multiple sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractors execute their work safely, systematically, and in accordance with the required safety & quality standards, while meeting project milestones and aligning with client expectations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the project management team and the wider site teams to drive best practice and uphold high standards across all projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of our standards and processes.

You will report to and support the Manager of Project Supervision & Standards, contributing to the overall success of the team and the consistency of project delivery.

What you will do

Drive best practice in ensuring adherence & implementation of all existing project processes & procedures, contribute to their improvement, assisting in developing new initiatives as required
Assist the project managers in coordinating & planning project supervision as required, maintaining the supervision planner and ensuring accurate scheduling and progress monitoring throughout delivery
Review contractor Risk Assessments & Method Statements ensuring compliance on site
Create & Manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs) using a digital platform throughout the project lifecycle, including presentation, implementation, and closure
Conduct Dynamic Risk Assessments at the point of works, identify and mitigate project risks effectively
Provide sub‑contractor supervision and support to all Project Managers across multiple concurrent work streams, coordinating between working parties, facilities teams and project managers to facilitate smooth project delivery
Ensure all work complies with NTT’s Health & Safety standards and company policies, monitoring and document compliance & ensuring the consistent implementation & continuous improvements of the Client Fit Out minimum Health & Safety standards
Ensure the quality of work by sub-contractors meets the required standards set by the company and ensure sub-contractor performance is captured
Conduct regular site inspections and complete the relevant checklists, delivering site inductions & Toolbox Talks as required
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders at all levels
Carry out reporting, including H&S metrics, accident, incident, near misses and hazardous conditions.

What we are looking for

2-3+ years’ experience of sub-contractor supervision in industry preferred with working knowledge and understanding of engineering operations within Business‑Critical Environments
Technical background with direct experience working in Data Centres preferred
Strong working knowledge and practical experience of Health & Safety regulations and practices
Proficient level of English language (both written and verbal)
Site based for 5 days a week unless otherwise agreed with your line manager
Travel to other NTT Data Centres in the EMEA region to support the client fit out team as required
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proven ability to work under pressure

Works well in a team with the ability to work in diverse, multinational environments
Holder of following training certificates : SCC17 (DE), IOSH Working Safely or Equivalent; First Aid; IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Risk Assessment
