Projectmanager (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including 3D artists, developers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
• You communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders, manage expectations and ensure alignment across different departments

Your responsibilities

• Project Management (planning, execution, monitoring and control)
• Technical proficiency (understanding of real-time 3D technologies such as Unity, Unreal Engine or similar platforms)
• Communication and collaboration (excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills (ability to identify and resolve technical challenges, analyze project performance)

Your profile

As a member of a department with 25-35 members it is your daily business to contribute expertise, learn and share the knowledge. You can contribute to the development and improvement of team management in direct collaboration with the automotive industry. You can look forward to working with highly talented colleagues, including the best artists in the fields of VFX and automotive engineering in a stable environment designed for continuity.

We are looking for junior to senior Projectmanager. SCRUM background would be a plus, but not a must. The teams work on site in our offices in Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf. Remote work ist possible within reasonable parameters.
