Projekt-/Produktkostenkalkulator (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• You develop and perform comprehensive static and dynamic product, order, and project cost calculations (e.g., unit costs, prototype costs, project team costs) to evaluate customer projects
• You build, maintain, and improve benchmarks and standard calculations as a basis for fast and reliable ballpark calculations
• You actively support and control funding and investment projects, including monitoring economic targets and compliance with funding conditions
• You work closely with and advise the CSO and department heads as a trusted business partner to ensure timely and budget-compliant project progress
• You continuously develop calculation tools and structures to increase efficiency and ensure quality
• You perform project-related controlling, e.g., ongoing project calculations in the context of change management, target costing, and controlling support for cross-departmental and internal CO projects
• You develop and implement a globally consistent project controlling for single projects and multi-project landscapes
• You transfer preliminary calculations into actual calculations and conduct systematic variance analyses to derive, recommend, and implement optimization measures in production plants

Your profile

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics with a focus on Finance and Controlling
• Several years of practical experience in preliminary costing or controlling, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Strong technical understanding and interest in technical processes and their economic interrelations
• High degree of initiative, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and team orientation
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ideally complemented by intercultural competence
