Projektant/Projektantka bran-y elektrycznej / Electrical Design Engineer - Team Leader

Key responsibilities

• designing electrical installations for a variety of projects
• participating in the execution of paper machine projects
• implementing changes and modernising existing solutions
• preparing technical documentation at all stages of the project
• close cooperation with clients
• leading and supporting a design team (38 engineers) as the right‑hand person to the Project Manager

Desired qualifications

• a relevant university degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or Automation)
• at least 10 years of experience in a similar role
• excellent knowledge of design tools (e.g. Cadmatic Electrical, Vertex, Eplan)
• a proactive and independent working style, with strong client‑facing skills
• experience in leading and developing a design team
• very good command of English, both spoken and written
• willingness to travel for business purposes in Poland and abroad
• unrestricted professional licences/authorisations for electrical networks, installations and power systems
