Overview

Asklepios is one of Germany's largest private hospital operators. We partner with employees and support patients. We develop new and optimize existing infrastructure across all clinics within the ASKLEPIOS group. Our architecture and construction division seeks dedicated professionals for large‑scale construction projects within the ASKLEPIOS Kliniken in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Support project and construction management in day‑to‑day operations from planning to implementation.
• Organise and coordinate appointments, meetings, site visits, business trips and project‑related events.
• Provide administrative support, including structured filing, versioning and archiving of all documents.
• Maintain contact and communication lists to ensure smooth information flow.

Qualifications

• Completed training or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in construction or project assistance (advantageous).
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude.
• Self‑responsible, independent and results‑oriented work style with problem‑solving competence.
• Flexibility in thinking, acting and sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and a committed, proactive approach.
