For the administrative support of our project managers, we are seeking a dedicated project assistant (m/f/d) in our central controlling team, in full-time or part-time (from 50%). The position is based in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne or Stuttgart, with the option to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities

Support our project managers with administrative tasks and data maintenance.
Drive company success by supporting project controlling and performing invoicing.
Act as an internal service provider and create reports and presentations on various key figures within the company.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training or a university degree, e.g., in economics.
First practical experience in a similar area, e.g., through internships.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork – both within the team and with clients.
Fluent German and English in spoken and written form.
Strong service orientation with high attention to quality and detail.
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
