Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for exciting projects in the Hanover, Braunschweig and surrounding areas
• Co‑ordinate construction, renovation and maintenance measures
• Act as interface to clients and internal departments
• Steer, accompany and monitor external service providers
• Create and maintain required documentation
• Control and coordinate agreed services for quality assurance and ensure cost and schedule compliance
• Approve the delivered services with our clients
• Maintain contact and intensive technical exchange with clients and employees
• Independently prepare proposals

Your Profile

• Successful completion of studies in Facility Management, Engineering or a comparable field and several years of professional experience
• High service orientation and willingness to travel
• Solid knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications
• Team‑spirit, commitment and a high quality consciousness
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Good German language skills in spoken and written
• Driver’s licence class B
