Ihre Aufgaben
Project Planning & InitiationAssume end-to-end ownership for projects, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with stakeholder goals.Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management.Establish clear project governance, define roles, and secure cross-functional buy-in.Align project timelines and resource allocation with line management and portfolio planning (PMAS).Support the preparation of investment and funding documentation for internal approvals.Project Execution & MonitoringLead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams across operations.Manage external vendors and contractors, including tendering, contracting, and performance management.Ensure strict adherence to GMP, EHS, and quality standards throughout all project phases.Monitor project progress against KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.Drive structured risk management and escalate critical issues to ensure timely decisions.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementMaintain continuous, transparent communication and regular reporting to all stakeholders.Lead and document key project meetings (e.g., kick-offs, design reviews, steering committees).Manage interfaces with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Project Closure & HandoverOversee the successful qualification, validation, and handover of new systems or equipment into production.Conduct structured project closure, including financial reconciliation, "Lessons Learned," and ensuring complete, compliant documentation.Continuous ImprovementActively contribute to enhancing project management maturity by sharing learnings and improving tools, templates, and processes.
Ihr Profil
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Process Technology, Automation, or a related technical field.Required Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).Many years of experience in leading investment, automation, or technology projects in the pharma, biotech, or medical device industry.Proven success in delivering medium to large-scale projects within a regulated GMP/IVD environment.Strong experience in vendor/contract management and leading multi-site or international teams.Proficiency in classical, hybrid, and agile project management methods and tools.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience guiding interdisciplinary matrix teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; structured and proactive mindset.Solid understanding of process equipment, automation, qualification, and validation (Q&V).Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German proficiency is a significant plus.Deep understanding of Quality, EHS, and compliance requirements in regulated manufacturing.
