Roles & Responsibilities

You Will Operate As An AI‑augmented Property Manager, Working Closely With Our Product To Run Real Property Workflows While Shaping How AI Learns, Automates, And Scales. Your Day‑to‑day Will Include:

• Overseeing and improving AI‑assisted tenant, owner, and vendor communications.
• Supporting leasing‑related workflows including documentation, renewals, and compliance checks.
• Reviewing AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and tone, providing corrections and training data.
• Using operational insight to influence the product roadmap and automation opportunities.
• Helping prototype “AI‑driven property management as a service” models.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Collaborate with founders to shape roadmap and product direction.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to solve real operational pain points.
• Translate user insights into product features, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.

Go‑to‑Market & Customer Engagement

• Conduct user research with landlords, property managers, and operators.
• Shape early customer onboarding and pilot programs.
• Gather structured feedback to improve adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Support GTM planning, messaging, and product differentiation.

Operations & Process Optimization

• Map, standardize, and improve property management workflows.
• Develop scalable processes that support growth and user adoption.
• Define KPIs for operational efficiency, AI automation performance, and customer value.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Work across engineering, design, and GTM teams to accelerate execution.
• Develop industry partnerships and help build our presence in Europe’s proptech ecosystem.
• Represent Immoly.ai at events, meetups, and with early customers.

Optional Advisory / Mentorship (If Joining As An Advisor)

• Provide guidance on product strategy, operations, and industry fit.
• Support founders with sector expertise, network introductions, and scaling insights.

What We’re Looking For – Must‑haves

• Strong understanding of property workflows (maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, documentation, vendors, payments).
• Solid experience and network in real estate, property management, proptech, or a related field.
• Based in Berlin or able to work in / travel to Berlin, or at least operating in a compatible time zone.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset — being scrappy, proactive, and willing to own ambiguity.

Compensation & Terms
