Your responsibilites

• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of our buildings, outdoor areas and facilities in Wetzlar and Huettenberg
• Ensuring the tidiness and presentability of our premises
• Independent execution of minor repairs and manual tasks
• Key contact for staff enquiries concerning house and inventory management
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of our external service providers
• Road clearance in winter

Your profile

• Experience in building and plant maintenance is an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Technical and manual skills as well as physical resilience
• High awareness for order and cleanliness
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
• Independent and thorough way of working
• Driving licence class B (ideally BE)
• Living nearby is considered a plus
