Responsibilities

• Support the steering of proposal processes.
• Prepare and accompany the creation of offer documents.
• Execute editorial tasks and ensure quality standards for proposals are met.
• Maintain and document systems used for offer creation.
• Optimize the processes of Proposal Management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a business or technical degree or an equivalent qualification.
• First practical experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, project management or sales support.
• Detail-oriented, high sense of quality and strong personal responsibility, reliability and helpfulness.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a customer orientation.
• Very good knowledge of the MS‑Office package.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
