Publishing Intern Creative

We are looking for a Creative/A&R intern to join our team.

TASKS

Songwriter & Producer Management

• Support in organizing and coordinating songwriting sessions and camps
• Maintaining and updating writer sheets and catalogues
• Research on songwriters, producers, and artists
• Assisting in the development of new writing camp concepts

Administration & Organization

• Scheduling appointments and planning sessions
• Support with contracts and GEMA-related processes
• Tagging and managing metadata as well as uploading audio files for GEMA
• Maintaining music databases (e.g. DISCO)

Market & Trend Monitoring

• Analyzing current music trends, social media, and streaming platforms
• Identifying potential co-writing opportunities

Communication & Networking

• Supporting communication with artists, management teams, and labels
• Assisting with events (sessions, listening events, camps)
• Maintaining the publisher's social media channels

REQUIREMENTS

• You are an enrolled student and you are studying something music or creative business related
• Passion for music, pop culture, and current trends
• Interest in music publishing and the A&R process
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and communication abilities
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Basic knowledge of office tools

PRACTICAL DETAILS

• Start date: January - February
• Duration: 3–6 months
• 20-40 hours per week
