Python AI Developer - Upto 150K EUR + shares - HealthTech

About the role

On behalf of our client, a hyper-scaling, seed-funded HealthTech AI startup backed by one of Europe's top investors, we are seeking a technically brilliant, humble and fiercely driven software engineer to work on an advanced AI Agent that automates essential, high-volume communications in the healthcare industry.

You won't be maintaining legacy code. You'll be a missionary driving greenfield development in a high‑ownership environment, building systems that directly impact the availability and quality of services for millions. The core responsibilities are:

1. Working on greenfield projects across the entire stack: scalable Python backend services and infrastructure, LLM prompt engineering, and modern TypeScript frontends.
2. Tackling complex algorithmic problems daily.
3. Building scalable data integration systems to connect with thousands of individual, complex legacy databases.
4. Developing advanced data science/LLM solutions for automated configuration and unstructured data extraction.
5. Evolving the multi‑agent framework for their core voice AI assistant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience with Python (experience with Rust and TypeScript is a bonus).
• A good overview of infrastructure tools like Pulumi, Kubernetes, AWS.
• The ability to operate across the full stack and take end‑to‑end ownership of projects, with strong algorithmic ability and exceptional problem‑solving skills.
• Prior start‑up experience is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Happy to work on‑site in the office in Berlin.
• Salary – up to 140‑150,000 EUR depending on experience + shares.
