QA/QC Advisor

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Implement and manage the QA/QC processes for electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality, ensuring all work meets the required standards and identifying areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems comply with local regulations, safety guidelines, and company quality policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality control logs.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address quality issues, working closely with project managers and site teams to implement corrective actions.
• Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients on quality control matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of QA/QC processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a QA/QC role within the electrical construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, quality control processes, and relevant safety standards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clients.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all projects.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe to oversee multiple projects.
