WHAT YOU’LL DO
Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and qualify prospects, manage territory activity, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs, present full product and service solutions, and drive cross-selling and up‑selling opportunities.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare pricing, quotations, bids, and contracts that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
- Account & Business Development: Execute quarterly sales plans, expand existing accounts, and develop new business to meet quota.
- Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Maintain detailed client records, follow up on leads within 24 hours, and track all pending activities.
- Collaboration & Representation: Coordinate with installation teams, engage manufacturer partners, attend sales meetings, events, and required training.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end‑user customers.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Ability to work and think independently and ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Four‑year degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of direct selling experience in the AV/VTC/Telecommunications/Construction/Technology industries preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
