Now, about the role:
Responsibilities
- AZAV Processes: Ensure compliance with AZAV requirements, maintain processes in line with our AZAV accreditation, and develop new measures in the training sector, including independent calculation, certification, and approval of measures. Manage and maintain Kursnet.
- ZFU: Design and approve fully asynchronous training programs through the Federal Central Office for Distance Learning (ZFU). Prior experience here is advantageous.
- Labor Market Knowledge: Monitor legal changes and budget planning, keep an eye on the vocational profiles we train and further develop, and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years working with quality management systems. Experience at an AZAV-certified training institute is a plus.
- Level: We seek experienced professionals, not entry-level candidates.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, meticulous, routine-driven, organized, yet eager to learn.
- Skills: AZAV measure approval, measure calculation, confident communication with funding agencies, authorities, and auditors.
- Education: Formal training or further education in quality management is preferred, but practical experience is more important.
- Languages: Fluent German (at least C2) and B2-level English.
