Qualitätsmanager Produktstrategie & Innovation (m/w) – RIB Software

Role Overview

In this position you will shape the vision for product excellence within our Enterprise‑software portfolio, developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy that ensures reliability and trust for our customers.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overarching quality strategy for our products, setting clear objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for all quality‑related matters and work closely with customers, management, sales, consultants and support teams.
Lead a quality team of 18 specialists in India, prioritising initiatives and ensuring achievement of quality goals.
Optimise processes and toolchains by selecting and implementing modern solutions for automated testing, code analysis and quality monitoring.
Champion the use of AI in quality processes, creating a vision and delivering tangible improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and analyse KPIs, generating reports to measure and communicate product quality.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Security and DevOps to maintain quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality management for enterprise products.
Demonstrated leadership experience in cross‑cultural teams, preferably with remote teams in India.
Strong expertise in quality strategies, process definition and modern methods (e.g., unit tests, static code analysis, CI/CD, automated tests).
Deep understanding of R&D processes and integration of quality across all development phases.
Experience dealing with legacy code and rapid quality improvement strategies.
Vision for AI adoption in quality management; practical experience with AI tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and reporting skills.
Strategic, results‑orientated and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Collaborative approach with R&D, Security and DevOps teams.
Fluency in German and English.
