Job Description

1. Deep analysis the failed parts form production line/ 0km and warranty reject.
2. Build up the data-base for quality analysis, do statistics and summary for further decision.
3. Go to customers side to do on-site analysis
4. Support customer quality team in terms of quality issue solving and reporting
5. Support third party quality system certification audit
6. Support customer visit or audit

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent;
2. 5 years of working experiences in the related field;
3. Working experiencein the automotive and/or manufacturing are desirable;
4. At least 2 years experience in customer communication.
