Role Description

The Security Delivery Specialist is a key member of ACI Global Enablement's Quality Assurance and Risk (QA&R) Team. The individual in this role will assist the Team Lead in ensuring ACI's work is of the highest quality, delivering clear, insightful, timely, actionable intelligence and analysis that creates value for our clients. You will help to assure the quality of ACI's intelligence production and client deliverables; enable insightful analysis and intelligence by setting high standards, upskilling tradecraft, and guiding research; and managing analytic processes, to include driving knowledge management and governance and compliance in the intelligence program. Additionally, you will help manage ACI's data sources and tools, identifying opportunities to evolve and innovate our analytic processes, methods, and tradecraft, particularly by integrating and adopting AI-tools.

The Work

  • Evaluate the quality of ACI intelligence products and client deliverables. Track quality trends and, along with feedback from clients and customers, synthesize into actionable feedback for analysts to boost quality.
  • Establish, refine, and manage intelligence processes and procedures, ensuring ACI's work adheres to the highest standards.
  • Work with the Team Lead to boost intelligence tradecraft across ACI through analyst training, guidance, SOPs, and engagements.
  • Ensure analysts have the right tools and data for their research and client engagements; drive the adoption of new tools, optimize data access, and help integrate AI capabilities into ACI's analytic efforts.
  • Enable robust knowledge management policies and procedures aligned with ACI's operations model and ensuring compliance with governance and other requirements.

Here's What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications or work experience relating to Cyber Threat intelligence.
  • Minimum 5 years of work in a professional office environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant understanding of cyber threat intelligence concepts and principles, including the intelligence cycle, main analytic processes, and key data sets and tools.
  • Clear communication skills. Strong written and spoken English skills. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
  • Ability to work autonomously with little guidance, managing multiple work streams while remaining detail-oriented and attentive to deadlines.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to succeed in team environments, working across functions to drive the implementation of new features and resolve issues.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience using and evaluating different cyber threat intelligence data sources to include those that provide malware indicators of compromise and passive DNS indicators of compromise.
  • Experience in threat hunting or a strong grasp of the technical aspects of threat intelligence.
  • Experience in the intelligence community or managing a commercial intelligence product line.
